BEYOND YONDER MOUNTAIN HERB FEST AND DRUM CIRCLE


1. Do not damage the property. Pick up all trash. Dispose of all cigarette butts.
2. Leslie County is a dry county. Do not bring or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.
3. Parents are responsible for children and pets.
4. No firearms of any type are allowed on the property.
5. No disruptive behavior that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy the gathering.

You may be asked to leave immediately if you are violating any of these rules. By signing this agreement you agree to abide by these rules during the “Healing the Earth, Healing Ourselves” Mountain Herb Gathering at Beyond Yonder. Thank you!

Participant release and hold harmless agreement:




1. I (We) agree to hold the Beyond Yonder Mountain Herb Fest and Drum Circle. Its staff, sponsors, gathering property (Linda Heller Hylton, Mitzi Anita Hylton and family) management and volunteers harmless from any and all liabilities and claims of loss, damage, or injury whatsoever nature and howsoever the same may be caused or may arise resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Mountain Herb Gathering & Drum Circle or from camping, hiking, participating in any workshops, ceremonies, or otherwise enjoying the Heller Hylton family property. This includes but is not limited to lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, display materials and property. I also agree indemnity the afore mentioned against any loss from any claim of liability made by me or anyone against me, including attorney’s fees.


2. I (We) have read and agree to adhere to all the rules and regulations of the Gathering.
3. I (We) may be asked to vacate the premises at any time if my (our) behavior is considered disruptive be the owner of property or the Gathering staff. I (We) agree that I will leave immediately if asked. I understand and I am aware that the above referenced activities can be hazardous activities and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death. I agree that I am solely responsible for any injury to any other person due to my participation in the abovementioned.



I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT I AM RELEASING MY LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I OTHERWISE MAY HAVE AND I ENTER INTO THIS LEGAL CONTRACT ON MY OWN FREE WILL. THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE LEGALLY BINDING UPON ME, MY HEIRS, MY ESTATE, ASSIGNS, LEGAL GUARDIANS AND MY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES.
